When will I receive the ready-made system I purchased from your site?

Ready systems are shipped after 2 working days at the latest, except for busy periods, campaign periods and Cov19 pandemic period. However, this period may take up to 5 to 7 business days for the aforementioned reasons. During this process, they are assembled and installed. Depending on the city you live in, you will receive your cargo within an estimated 1 or 2 business days. UPS and PTT Cargo do not deliver on weekends.

How can I send the product I purchased to technical service?

You can send your products to us for tests and repair purposes. For this, you can send an e-mail to [email protected] and contact us via our Whatsapp communication line in order to find a solution to your problem and get technical support. In your product submissions, you must send a photocopy of your invoice and a detailed explanation text about the problem you are experiencing. In order to prevent your shipments from being damaged during shipping, you must send us their original boxes and foam, protected as it was sent to you.

How does the technical service process work?

Technical service process, after receiving the product from you, there is a 3 working day fault detection process for the product you sent. After this process is completed, you will be informed if there is a defective part. Then, the official process of 20 working days starts your service period.
